To enhance the effective inclusion of participants in Self-Help Groups (SHGs).
To promote financial inclusion by improving access to and utilization of savings and credit.
To enhance the productivity, sustainability, dignity, and diversity of livelihood activities, making them climate-adaptive.
Ensure that households have access to and benefit from existing government programs and schemes they are entitled to.
Ensure participant households achieve year-round food security and an improved nutritional status.
Facilitate increased participation of project participants in local governance matters, encourage enhanced involvement in collective actions, and expand skills in household decision-making.
Increase access to and usage of affordable, reliable, environmentally friendly, and less hazardous smart cooking facilities for participant households.
Facilitate improved technological literacy, access, usage, and ownership among project participants.

When we target women as primary members of their households, we know they’ll reinvest in their families, communities and futures. For each woman with whom we partner, we reach five more people in the community

97% of women in our programs are integrated into self-help groups and actively engage in savings and credit actives.
85 % of participants have access to government entitlements, promoting social inclusion.
मेरा नाम सुनीता सोरेन है आज में आपको अपने जीवन के बारे में कुछ बाते आपको बताना चाहती हूँ | मेरा गाँव छोटकिन्दुआ , पंचायत पथरिया है| मेरे परिवार में मेरे पति और में दो प्राणी है | पहले हम अक्सर पलायन करते थे और बंगाल में जाकर ईंट बनाते थे | मेरे पास जमीं अधिक नही है खेती के लिए इसलिए अक्सर बाहर जाना पड़ता था |कभी कभी हमें दारू भी बेचना पड़ता था अच्छा तो नही लगता था पर घर चलाने के लिए जरुरी था बहुत दिक्कत होता था |
एक बार हम ईंट के भट्टे से घर लौट कर आये तब पता चला की गाँव में अति गरीब दीदी का चयन हो रहा है उस सूचि में हमारा भी नाम दर्ज हुआ | हमें पता चला की प्रवाह संस्था ट्रिकल up के मदद से टाटा mpowered प्रोजेक्ट को लेकर हमारे गाँव की अति गरीब दीदी के साथ कम कर रहे है | उसके बाद हमें SHG से जुड़े जो कोच दीदी हमारे गाँव में काम करती थी| मैंने उसमे बचत करना सिखा उससे हमें ऋण भी ले सकते है ये बताया गया| प्रोजेक्ट के तरफ से हमे 3000 सहायता राशी प्राप्त हुआ जिससे मैंने 1 बकरी लिया | उसके बाद बची हुई सहायता राशी से मैंने कबूतर और मुर्गि के बिसनेस में लगाया | धीरे धीरे इस बिसनेस को बढ़ाते गए और उसके बाद हमने 8000 में 11 कठा जमीन खेती के लिए ख़रीदा | उसके बाद हम अपना बिसनेस जारी रखे | इसके बाद स्मार्ट सखी की मदद से मुझे आवास मिला जिसमे कुछ पैसा लगाकर मैंने घर बनाया |थोडा सा SHG ऋण भी लियाऐसा ही हम अपने बिसनेस को बढ़ाते गए और आगे बढ़ते गए |
2022 में जनता दरबार में मुझे फुलोझानो योजना के तहत मुझे 10000 रुपया मिला एक बैल का जोड़ी खरीदी. खेती के लिए उसको किराये पर दुसरो को भी देती हु जिससे भी कुछ पैसा आमदनी होता है | कुछ पैसा जमाकर मैंने 18000 का अभी पम्प्सेट लिया है जिसको किराये पर देकर आमदनी करती हु |
मुझे संस्था से मोबाइल भी मिला है जिस पर में विडियो देखती हु कॉल करती हु pop अप्प भी चलती हु कभी कभी | अभी मेरे पास 1 बैल , 10 बकरी ,20 मुर्गी ,9 बतख और 5 जोड़ा कबूतर है |में इस प्रोजेक्ट में जुड़ कर बहुत खुश हूँ और अभी में माइक्रो इंटरप्राइजेज ग्रुप से भी जुडी हु जिसमे हम बकरी का व्यवसाय कर रहे है |
